The lush tropical grounds contain a large vacation home, with three-bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, with a full kitchen. A private path leads to a secluded one-bedroom, one bathroom cottage with its own kitchen. Both have great views of the surrounding mountains, exotic tropical gardens and ocean views with awesome sunsets.
Located on Road 412, less than ten minutes from the beautiful town of Rincon, Villa Mariposa provides privacy, intimacy and peaceful surroundings, minutes from the best beaches in the Caribbean. Great restaurants and beach bars are just a short drive away.
Rincon, Puerto Rico offers a wide variety of sights and activities, including, surfing, diving & snorkeling, sunset sail cruises, para-sailing, kayaking, banana boat rides, shopping at local art galleries and touring Rincon and the rest of beautiful Puerto Rico.

Reservations/Contact:
Reservations require a 50% deposit, which is refundable up to 21 days before check-in. A security deposit of $100 is retained upon check-in and refunded after check-out. Rental is for the maximum allowed capacity of persons; there will be a daily surcharge of $50 per day for each additional person. Online reservations will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit with a confirmation code, which must be provided at check-in. The unit is inspected and inventoried before and after each rental, any damage and missing items will be charged at the replacement rate. Private trip interruption insurance is recommended to avoid any losses due to illness or other contingencies. Rates and policies are subject to change.
