Rental Policies:
Rates are subject to a 7% government lodging Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Also, a cleaning fee of $65 applies to each rental, $130 for both Casa Caribe & Casa Sunset and $185 for all three accommodations. Reservations require a 50% deposit, by credit card only. Deposits on cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellation policy is 15 days prior the arrival date, at which point the deposit becomes non-refundable. Extra persons will be surcharged $20 per night. Rates are subject to a 7% government lodging tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations made online will be assigned a Confirmation Code, which you must have at check-in.
